Terms of Use

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tether. Tether is a private space shared between you and one partner you choose to pair with.

You keep ownership of the photos and content you add. You’re responsible for it, and you confirm you have the right to share it. You grant us the limited permission needed to store your content and show it to the partner you pair with, solely to provide the app.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to upload, share, or transmit content that is illegal, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors), harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise objectionable, and not to use Tether to abuse another person. You may report content from within the app and may unlink/block your partner at any time in Settings. We review reports and will remove objectionable content and terminate offending accounts within 24 hours.

We may suspend or terminate access, and remove content, that violates these Terms. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

Tether is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
