Tether is a private photo space for two. We’re here to help. The fastest way to reach us is email — we typically reply within a day.
Common questions
- Inviting your partner. Create your space, then share your invite link with your partner so they can join.
- Eyes Only. A passcode-locked album in your Albums grid for private photos.
- Deleting your account. In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your shared space, and your photos.
Report content or a safety concern
Tether is a closed space shared only between two paired people. If someone shares content that is objectionable, abusive, or makes you uncomfortable, you can report it from within the app, or email us at hello@thetether.love. We review reports and remove objectionable content, and remove abusive users, within 24 hours. You can also unlink (block) your partner at any time from Settings.
